Communities, as we know, have always been the bedrock of society. We are at a time where the very nature of community life is being threatened by the sense of separation within and between people.

This workshop is focussed on enabling anyone who is engaged in favourably impacting society, and being the best they can, to experience how being mindful can facilitate clarity, transformational change and conscious action.

The Panelists will be as follows:

Geoff McDonald, Global VP HR, Marketing & Communications, Sustainability at Unilever will share his personal health recovery experience and why it is imperative that organisations embrace mindfulness in the times we live in.

Graham Watts
