MÜLLER, Simone

Head of Business Programmes

Simone, a German national from Cologne, has been with IofC since June 2015. She holds a degree (Diploma) in Business Administration from the CAU University of Kiel and has worked in international management roles at a multinational corporation for many years. Since leaving her corporate career, Simone focused on International Leadership Development, Organisational Change and Business Coaching. She was an assistant professor at the University of Applied Sciences in Bremen and a scientific consultant at their M2C Institute for Applied Media Technology. Having experienced a lack of business integrity and trust, and its negative impact on her, Simone is passionate about addressing the need for change in businesses and the economic sector. Due to the challenges of an agile, digital and globalised world, she feels it is important to support people and organizations in staying resourceful within any given circumstances. Simone is an accredited coach, trainer and NLP master practitioner. She very much enjoys supporting her clients in making positive changes in their professional and personal lives.
